By far one of the most endearing bolos I have worked with. Custom made sterling silver horse head weighing appx 175.99 grams with turquoise eyes and flowers coming out of the mouth, sterling silver with turquoise and coral. The teeth are mother of pearl and the tongue is lapis lazuli. Spur tips out of sterling silver that move with turquoise and spiny oyster shell accents. The head is appx 2" or appx 51mm in length and the width is appx 1 1/4" or 32mm. Please note the engraving of the mane and the ears .According to the horse people this is generally a sign of a completely relaxed horse and aware of his surroundings. Just an incredible piece of craftsmanship. The horse is all marked with the brand of the horse farm that was in Colorado. AE in 14kt gold. The length of the bolo strap is appx 37" or 950mm and the sterling/stirrup tips are appx 3 1/2" or appx 89mm. So total measurements of the bolo with strap is appx 40 1/2" in length or appx 1029mm. Just an incredible piece of craftsmanship. Has full appraisal with papers.
