One of a kind crafted Madonna and child on wood created in Venice, Italy, circa 1990's. This is a beautiful creation featuring gold gild, faux stones, and hand carving. The piece measures appx 17" at the longest point and is appx 11 1/2" at the widest. The back is pictured so you can see the actual wood and has a device for hanging if you so desire. The wood piece is appx 1" thick; however somewhat light weight. The photo is placed on an easel which is another way you can show this stunning carving. No signature on the carving.
