Beaded natural scoop shape by Les Berryhill, who is Yuchi and Muscogee and a member of the Creek dine.He was a basketball coach and later is expressing himself through the art of beading. This piece is natural horn and beaded in red , white and blue. He has done kitchen utensils, coin purses, and other found objects. The length of this scoop is appx 13" or appx 330mm and the width of the widest point is appx 5 3/4" or 147mm. You can see the craftsmanship in the beading. His work conveys the favor of reds, blues, turquoises, oranges and greens, mimicking the Plain's style and colors.
